As our user base is growing we’re looking for a great Client Relations Associate to help build and improve the relationship with our client base. We’re looking for someone to be a full member of our young and dynamic team.


  • Build relationships with existing clients to ensure they are engaged and getting the most value from our services
  • Proactively work with clients to ensure they understand our product, service and features and align them to the appropriate research (UX) and expertise (technical support)
  • Initiate and conduct client meetings over the phone/over Skype
  • Partner with Sales Executives to manage client relationships
  • Create and conduct campaigns (calls and questionnaires) to collect client feedback and feature requests
  • Ensure that client requests get acknowledged and acted upon by the different teams (product development, UX, support)
  • Arrange and supervise the design process of company merchandise and their distribution among clients
  • Handle client complaints with empathy
