Office Assistant

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Our team is constantly growing and our Operations Team is now responsible for 150+ people worldwide. We’re looking to hire an Office Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our local hub in Budapest and support the work of the Office and Event Manager.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis and performing general office clerk duties.
  • Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas as needed.
  • Monitoring supply needs, keeping inventory, placing and reviewing orders, restocking.
  • Managing the purchasing, distributing, and keeping track of all work equipment.
  • Assisting the Office and Event Manager with coordinating events, organizing travel, booking accommodations, and reservations as required.
  • Handling the order and shipment of all marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Extreme attention to detail is an absolute requirement of the role.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • A keen eye for details and a history of working in an environment requiring accuracy and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Native Hungarian speaker.
