Project Coordinator

Kinsta is a premium managed WordPress hosting provider designed for all types of businesses, small or large. We're the first to be exclusively powered by Google Cloud Platform while utilizing an isolated container system. We believe that constant availability and an outstanding user experience are a must. As a Project Coordinator you will be instrumental in making sure that our projects – large and small – are completed as efficiently as possible. This includes task management, ensuring streamlined communication and lending a helping hand to teams when needed.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working with our teams (design, development, engineering, support, website, etc.) to help them complete large projects as efficiently as possible.
  • Participating in multi-team meetings and helping synchronise them
  • Ensuring management is kept in the loop regarding ongoing large projects
  • Disseminating knowledge about projects within the company
  • Scheduling and managing smaller tasks and projects
  • Providing help in feature request discussions and management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native level Hungarian and excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Great organizational skills and ability to see the big picture
  • Works well under pressure and is great at problem-solving
  • Can easily adapt to changing conditions and multiple competing priorities
  • Web fluency and knowledge of project management tools
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills

Bonus points:

  • We use JIRA for project management, familiarity with it is not a requirement, but is an added bonus.
