We’re looking for an Account Executive who will be a critical member of Kinsta's Sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients. This role involves a consultative sales approach, utilizing the MEDDICC methodology to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, for both inbound and outbound leads.
What You Will Do:
- Drive Revenue: Utilize a consultative, customer-centric approach to acquire new business and exceed revenue targets.
- Master the MEDDICC Methodology: Effectively apply the MEDDICC sales methodology to qualify leads, uncover customer needs, and build strong relationships that lead to closed deals.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing, for both inbound and outbound leads.
- Become a Kinsta Expert: Develop a deep understanding of Kinsta's platform, solutions, and value proposition to effectively communicate the benefits to potential customers.
- Collaborate and Win: Work closely with Sales Engineers and other team members to provide a seamless and informative customer experience.
- Champion Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Kinsta as a trusted partner.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline that consistently exceeds your quota, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
- CRM Excellence: Leverage HubSpot CRM to track customer interactions, manage deals, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in sales coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You Bring To The Table:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Proven Success: A track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in web hosting, WordPress, and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Consultative Selling: A customer-focused approach to sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong Work Ethic: A self-starter with a high level of motivation, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Team Player: A collaborative and supportive team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
