We are currently looking for a Multilingual Content Associate who will be responsible for all translation uploads, and quality checking of all translation works after they have been done. This also includes regularly monitoring all non-English sites on the Kinsta blog, knowledge base and learn articles, landing pages and other written content, updating, reporting, and fixing issues (if possible). The Multilingual Content Associate reports to the Multilingual Content Team Lead.

What You Will Do:

  • Follow the lead of the Team Lead regarding all translations between the internal Translation team and the freelance translators.
  • Stay closely connected to day-to-day translation activity in order to spot recurring issues and monitor the progress of current tasks.
  • Report the absence of design elements when needed.
  • Track and deliver the work being done by the translators.
  • Check project channels on a daily basis where translation tasks might be required. Also, make sure all new translation requests are handled properly.
  • Use the Kinsta Translators Slack workspace on a daily basis to maintain contact with our freelance translators.
  • Use the WordPress editor on a daily basis.
  • Follow the Translators Calendar Trello board’s changes on a daily basis.
  • Report issues using the appropriate Slack channels (#website, #content-feedback, etc). 
  • Coordinate and keep all non-English content updated with the corresponding MyKinsta screenshots in compliance with the company's SEO needs.
  • Work closely with the Multilingual Content and SEO Specialist on a daily basis to provide flawless teamwork.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role and/or experience working in a marketing role. 
  • Near native in English and Hungarian communication skills 
  • A university degree

Bonus if you have:

  • Previous exposure to WordPress  
  • Experience working in the publishing sector. 
  • Are fluent in a third language beyond English and Hungarian. Languages we’re currently targeting include: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish
