The Product Manager guides Kinsta’s WordPress hosting features from concept to launch, defining and maintaining the product roadmap, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with various teams. This role works closely with Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, define high-quality solutions, and support smooth releases. This needs clear communication and proactive risk management.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for Kinsta’s WordPress hosting offering, keep it aligned with the company’s direction and priorities, and focus on achieving the necessary business outcomes
  • Drive decisions on what to work on next by balancing input from Technology teams, other departments, and customer needs
  • Define problems, scope, and trade-offs clearly so teams can focus on building the right things
  • Work closely with Engineering, Development, and Product Design to support delivery of the defined solutions
  • Keep stakeholders informed by clearly explaining priorities, progress, risks, and decisions
  • Define, implement, track and report product metrics to understand impact and guide future decisions

What You'll Bring to the role:

  • Experience shaping, prioritizing, and maintaining a product roadmap
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role (Product Manager or Project Manager)
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with product metrics and analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel)
  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Fast learner to understand new problem spaces, complex systems, and user needs

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience owning a product or product area with a high level of autonomy
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards to communicate product performance
  • Experience working with WordPress (WP) and enthusiasm for the WordPress ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for product or project management and Confluence for documentation
