Kinsta’s high-performance platform for WordPress hosting powers hundreds of sophisticated digital agencies. And now we are committing even more of our resources to a program designed to help agencies grow their businesses.

Kinsta’s new Agency Partner Program goes beyond premium hosting to provide a collaborative framework with benefits ranging from affiliate income and exclusive support from partner managers to co-marketing and prospect referrals.

“We’re creating an ecosystem for mutual growth,” says Marcel Bootsman, Kinsta’s Partnership & Community Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. “We believe our success is directly linked to that of our agency partners.”

Our Partnership & Community Manager for North America, Roger Williams, adds: “The WordPress ecosystem relies on agencies to build great sites and then on Kinsta to ensure those sites work quickly, reliably, and securely. This program helps bring these forces together in a unified way so that customers can rest assured that their WordPress websites are solid.”

An introduction to the Kinsta Agency Partner Program

A tiered approach within the partnership program means agencies can leverage more of Kinsta’s resources as they grow. And getting started is easy.

“All you have to do is be an agency bringing customers to Kinsta,” says Alex Ando Michaelson, Kinsta Partnership & Community Manager for the Asia-Pacific region.

Whether an agency refers clients to Kinsta as an affiliate, manages client-owned accounts, or resells our hosting services directly, it all counts. Bring in more revenue, get more benefits.

For agencies in the Select and Elite tiers of the program, those benefits can include lead referrals, co-marketing opportunities, and inclusion in Kinsta’s Agency Directory.

Elite partners also gain access to dedicated partner managers at Kinsta.

Everyone — including partners in the program’s Entry tier — can take advantage of badges to signal their collaboration with Kinsta.

“When an agency is listed in our Agency Directory or makes use of a partner badge, they give their clients and prospects peace of mind and help spread the word about their services,” says Michaelson.

Says Bootsman: “By providing agencies with an exceptional platform, dedicated support, and a collaborative community, we empower them to deliver outstanding results for their clients and grow their businesses with confidence.”

A closer look at partner program benefits

The team at Kinsta designed the Agency Partnership Program to be clear, simple, and to accommodate the way individual agencies want to operate.

We’ll share leads and sales support

“We’ve developed new frameworks within Kinsta to enable us to share leads with our closest partners,” Michaelson, APAC Partnership & Community Manager, says. “That means when we talk to a customer or prospect who has needs beyond what we provide, we’re ready to refer them to a partner agency.”

Kinsta will provide resources to help boost agency sales and support efforts, allowing them to gain and retain more business. This includes increased access to Kinsta’s team, co-selling opportunities, and materials to help agencies deliver better service and focus on what they do best.

“Maybe an agency needs to set up a test environment or wants someone from Kinsta to get on a call with a big prospect,” Michaelson says. “Maybe they’re wondering if it’s possible to simplify the client handoff to lock in a deal. Our sales team and account management team will work with the agency to help it win that new deal or expansion.”

Grow with co-marketing opportunities

Kinsta will work with agencies to develop shared marketing initiatives that benefit everyone involved.

“Case studies are often a great place to start,” says Michaelson. “We can also consider social media, video content like interviews or soundbites, or blog mentions. And we’ve worked with our closest partners on webinars, co-sponsored in-person events, press releases, and other marketing tie-ups.”

Kinsta partners have issued press releases, set up landing pages, and created whole websites to showcase their work with us. We are happy to support them with materials and consultation so that these tools are effective in building trust and gaining new business.

Connect with Kinsta’s Partner Managers

Kinsta has a team of managers to serve as dedicated points of contact for Elite partners. If an agency has special technical requests, wants to share an idea to improve our service, or needs to connect with Kinsta’s sales support, a Partner Manager is available to assist them.

Says North America Partner & Community Manager Williams: “Agency Partner Programs are nothing new. What makes Kinsta’s program different is that we are focused on making solid connections with our agency partners to figure out how we can grow together.”

Earn lifetime affiliate commissions

Agencies that refer clients to Kinsta or manage client-hosted sites have the option to earn recurring commissions as long as those sites are hosted with Kinsta. Kinsta offers 10% lifetime commissions on WordPress hosting plans, which is among the highest rates in the industry.
