Kinsta is a modern cloud hosting company, with a growing club of 25,000+ customers including startups, universities and Fortune 500 firms. We're motivated by excellent quality, and proud to have received a 97% satisfaction rating from our customers.

That's because, to us, each day is a chance to grow. As a team, we continuously inspire each other to learn new and better ways to make an impact. We own our jobs proudly - our leaders don't hold our hands, but they're in our corner whenever we ask for help - and our environment is flexible and remote-first.

As a Revenue Operations Generalist, you’ll be the primary day-to-day RevOps partner for our Sales organization while also expanding our analytics and reporting capacity across GTM. This is not a narrow “ticket executor” role — you’ll take ambiguous business questions, translate them into structured solutions, and continuously improve how our systems, automations, and processes work.

What You Will Do:

  • Sales Operations (≈60%):
  • Serve as the main RevOps point of contact for Sales.
  • Own and optimize sales workflows and automations in HubSpot (routing, territories, ownership, lifecycle transitions).
  • Manage sales tools and support onboarding for new hires.
  • Identify and automate repetitive manual work to improve sales efficiency.
  • Produce and maintain core sales deliverables (end-of-month reports, weekly Sales Ops updates).
  • Partner with Sales leadership to translate quarterly priorities into process and tooling improvements.

  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights (~40%):
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Sales and GTM teams.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis with clear, actionable insights (funnels, conversion, segment or region performance).
  • Define metrics, success criteria, and data definitions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Reduce manual reporting through automation, improved data structures, and smart use of AI.

  • Process Ownership & Collaboration:
  • Own the sales process from a systems and data perspective and proactively reduce friction.
  • Work in bi-weekly sprints with the RevOps team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps (analytics and engineering), and other GTM teams (Marketing, CS).

What You Bring To The Role:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Revenue Analytics, or a closely related role.
  • Hands-on ownership of CRM processes and workflows (not just end-user usage).
  • Proven experience supporting a commercial sales organization.
  • Strong HubSpot experience (Sales Hub Enterprise; Marketing Hub Professional).
  • Reporting and analytics experience: Building and maintaining dashboards and reports (Looker or similar BI tools preferred); designing reporting that answers specific business questions.
  • Data & AI: Comfortable working with SQL (including AI-assisted query generation and interpretation).

  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based revenue models.
  • Exposure to revenue engineering or internal tooling (integrations, API-based workflows).

Our Benefits:

  • Flexible and remote-first environment.
  • Annual remote expense budget.
  • Flexible PTO.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Annual professional development budget: available after one year with Kinsta.
  • Sabbatical: available after three years with Kinsta (and every three years thereafter).
