I also can’t think of one support event that didn’t meet my expectations. Since I see all the support tickets, I’ve noticed they even try to help my staff in areas out of the Kinsta scope. They deal with dumb questions in a professional manner.
Their support team is generally very helpful and have dug in with me to solve obscure issues. In total, I manage about 70 websites across multiple accounts with varied account types and I can say that I get the same response when I ask a question on a 2-site plan as I do when I ask a similar question from a 40-site plan.
We’ve tried out all of the major managed WordPress services over the last 10 years and Kinsta’s support system is the best we’ve ever seen, hands down. They give SSH access, WordPress CLI is installed on the servers, they automatically scale websites for higher traffic and volume of users on the site. They also help with DNS hosting, and url redirects. They also give options to quickly change php versions, clear cache, install new relic system analytics and more.
They use Google Cloud and have an awesome 1-click scaling feature for traffic spikes, while other hosts require you to migrate to another server for at least a 1-month contract.
I love how easy it is to create staging sites and push to production.

I like the built-in security features. The managed security features help to stay focused on building my website and I don’t need to worry about managing hosting too.
Their security is also top-notch. They will clean your site up for you... but I can almost guarantee you’ll never need to take them up on it.
