Enventys Partners – Finding Peace of Mind at Kinsta to Scale Their Agency

Enventys Partners Needed Reliability and Security

“Although Enventys Partners has a range of success in the product launch space, they are still a rapidly growing, mid-sized agency. In order to be successful, Enventys Partners is comprised of a dedicated team that constantly looks for the most effective ways to serve their clients. They do this by creating foundational pillars that will not only set said clients up for success, but allow them to effortlessly scale with their growth.

Launching new products online requires many things, but arguably one of the more important aspects of selling products online is a reliable and secure website. On average, Enventys Partners experiences 500,000+ monthly visitors to all of their hosted sites, with at least 20% of their sites experiencing 50K+ visitors per month.

Before migrating to Kinsta, Enventys Partners used WP Engine for its web hosting services. However, during their time with WP Engine, they had experienced a few issues with the hosting service that lead them to reevaluate the true value of the platform as a whole, especially for the price. So, they set out to find a new hosting service.

Moving to Kinsta – Better Dashboard, Performance, Price, and Customer Service

Initially, the price and the fact that, at the time, Kinsta was the first hosting service to move their entire platform to Google Cloud Platform was what intrigued Enventys Partners.

After evaluating other hosting service options online, Enventys Partners ran a split test between Kinsta and another hosting platform with a few of their sites to determine which platform would best fit their needs.

When all was said and done, Kinsta won out due to a better dashboard, better site performance, and overall better customer service. Not only was Kinsta’s customer service super responsive, but their support team is personable and goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and questions are answered time after time. In terms of their dashboard, Kinsta’s custom backend dashboard is also more intuitive and better than regular cPanel access – a plus for clients who want dashboard access but aren’t necessarily as tech literate.

In addition to the performance, the price ultimately played a huge factor in Enventys Partners’ decision. When comparing apples to apples, Kinsta’s offerings at the time were very similar to that of WP Engine’s but at a more affordable price. For Enventys Partners, the switch was a no brainer.

Being a rapidly growing, mid-level agency, Kinsta has provided Enventys Partners with peace of mind knowing that they can easily scale on the platform while providing a better service.

Clients Saw on Average 50% Decrease in Page Load Times

In addition to the other great benefits mentioned above, Enventys Partners was also able to capitalize on Kinsta’s CDN and region-specific data centers, as some of their clients are regionally-based.

After Enventys Partners made the switch, just by utilizing the CDN and utilizing data centers closer in proximity to the each client’s location, they experienced a 50% decrease in page load times on average for their clients. These clients’ overall performance, in addition to their other non-regional clients, also improved greatly after migrating to Kinsta. We always tell our clients, you don’t have to be a heavy hitter (Intuit, GE, Workforce) to benefit from what Kinsta has to offer.

Another exciting improvement since moving to Kinsta has been the flexibility of their architecture. They found Kinsta’s servers to be incredibly reliable as a result of utilizing the Google Cloud Platform, and haven’t experienced any site downtime as a result of their hosting platform since moving to Kinsta, which was an issue they had experienced historically.

Some of Enventys Partners’ sites experience huge traffic spikes due to the nature of their businesses, and those sites previously struggled with these spikes on WP Engine. However, with Kinsta’s flexible architecture and utilization of the Google Cloud Platform, Kinsta is able to allocate more resources to the site around a traffic spike and reduce the risk of any downtime.

Being able to utilize Kinsta’s CDN also helped lower costs in general so Enventys Partners no longer had to pay for an external CDN service. This allowed them to allocate their web development budget elsewhere, which is crucial for an agency of their size. One-click installation cloning has also saved the developer HOURS when he needs to create a new site install. Along with the search and replace tool, there is no longer a need to install a plugin.

Oftentimes, Enventys Partners will also develop a site for a client that wants their own plan. In these instances, they are able to set their clients up through Kinsta with their affiliate link, and then when it is time to transfer the site to the client, all it takes is one click. It is actually that simple.”
