We’re Impakt Digital, an owner-operated, full-service digital marketing agency based in Metro Detroit and serving businesses across Southeast Michigan. We work with established, owner-led companies in healthcare, security, home services, manufacturing, and professional services. Most of our clients are doing real revenue and have outgrown either DIY marketing or a vendor that sent reports without connecting any of it back to the bottom line.

Our approach is simple: we run your marketing like we own the outcome, not like a vendor filing monthly updates. That means we tie what we do to revenue, not just activity, and we stay accountable for the result.

That includes SEO and content, paid search through Google Ads, website design and development, HubSpot setup and management, Google Business Profile and local search, and analytics and reporting. We’ve also built AI systems into how we work that most local agencies haven’t.
