Account Credits
Kinsta automatically applies prorated credits to your account when you downgrade your plan or cancel an add-on. You can also earn credits from Kinsta’s Referral Program, and in other circumstances, a Kinsta team member may manually add credits to your account. You can find the amount of any account credits in the Payment Methods section of MyKinsta under Account Balance.
Any credits issued to your account are used to offset fees owed to Kinsta on your next invoice. If your credits exceed the cost of the next invoice, the remaining amount will be used to offset the following invoice.
If you cancel your WordPress Hosting Plan, any credits in your account will expire 12 months after the cancellation date. However, if you resubscribe to Kinsta within those 12 months, the credits will be reinstated to your account and will not expire during your subscription period.
You may not sell, license, rent, or otherwise transfer any credits. Credits have no intrinsic or cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable.
