What to expect

We’ll occasionally invite you to take part in studies, with rewards such as cash payments or Kinsta swag. These most commonly include interviews, usability tests, surveys, and beta tests, where you’ll get an exclusive early look at upcoming features before they go live. Your input helps guide the future of Kinsta’s services.

How the program works

You’re automatically enrolled in the Research Program when you sign up for Kinsta. If you don’t want to take part, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any invitation email. You can also resubscribe by using the same link in a previous email or by contacting our Support team.

As a member, you’ll hear from us from time to time with opportunities to test new features and share feedback. We value every contribution and truly appreciate your time and support.
