If you create a new site with a new WordPress install, a temporary URL (SITENAME.kinsta.cloud) is created automatically, so the site URL and home URL will be SITENAME.kinsta.cloud.

If you add a custom domain to the site and set it as the primary domain without selecting the option to run a search and replace, you have to change these settings within your WordPress dashboard in order for your site to load on your custom domain.

To change your WordPress URL, log in to your WordPress dashboard (/wp-admin) and go to Settings > General. Update your WordPress Address URL and Site Address URL with the URL of your custom domain.

If you added any content and linked to other pages, or uploaded any images or other media to the site before making this change, you’ll also need to run a search and replace to update those URLs.
