Here you’ll find direct access to manage all your notifications. Specifically:

Overage Notification

At Kinsta, our plans have varying limits when it comes to visits, CDN bandwidth, and disk space. If you would like to be alerted before a potential overage, we recommend enabling overage notifications in MyKinsta.

When overage notifications are enabled, we’ll send you a message at 80% and 100% usage via a MyKinsta message, email, or both.

Newsletter Subscription

Every week, we send out a jam-packed newsletter to over 20,000 subscribers around the world. Our newsletter is perfect for bloggers, WordPress agencies, content marketers, and other enthusiasts who want to stay up to date on the latest industry trends.

Invoice in Email

PDF versions of your Kinsta invoices are always available in MyKinsta under Company > Billing. If you would like to receive PDF invoices via email as well, you can enable the “Invoice in Email” option. This option is only available for the Company Administrator, Company Billing, and Company Owner MyKinsta user roles.

Beta Crew Participation

At Kinsta, we’re constantly improving existing features and developing new features to improve our customer experience. Believe it or not, the initial development of many MyKinsta features you see today was heavily influenced by customer feedback.

In the past, we worked with a small group of customers to beta test new and upcoming features. Recently, we opened up the program to the rest of our customer base. By joining the Kinsta Beta Crew, you’ll get exclusive sneak peeks at upcoming MyKinsta features as they’re being developed. This means you’ll be able to impact how MyKinsta evolves over time!

Even though we love communicating with our customers, you won’t have to worry about spam as a Kinsta Beta Crew member. We truly appreciate your time and effort, so we limit communications to occasional surveys and quick usability testing sessions.

Site Monitoring

A modern WordPress site has many moving parts. Whether it’s DNS issues, site downtime, SSL errors, or domain name expiration notices, there are a lot of things to pay attention to!

Kinsta’s site monitoring feature helps you out by notifying you when your site needs critical attention.

When site monitoring is enabled, we’ll send you an email alert if one of the errors below is detected on your WordPress site.

At Kinsta, we try to make managing your WordPress site as stress-free as possible. With our various notification options, including overage and site monitoring alerts, you’ll be able to spend more time working on your business and less time checking up on your site.
