Kinsta provides easy access to WordPress phpMyAdmin on all hosting plans. phpMyAdmin is a popular free application for managing MySQL databases. Follow the instructions below on how to find it and use it.
Editing and manipulating tables directly from phpMyAdmin could break your site if not done correctly. If you are not comfortable doing this, please check with a developer first.
To access phpMyAdmin click into Sites in your MyKinsta dashboard and then on the “Info” tab. Scroll down to the Database access section and you will find your database username and password which you can use to login to phpMyAdmin. To access the login page click on “Open phpMyAdmin.”
You can then enter in your database username and password on the WordPress phpMyAdmin login page.
You can then click on your WordPress database and run queries, drop tables, import data, export your database, etc.
We will be publishing more in-depth tutorials on how to use WordPress phpMyAdmin in the future, but until then you can always refer to the official phpMyAdmin documentation.
