To open a new support ticket, just log in to your dashboard at https://my.kinsta.com and click the intercom icon in the lower right corner. This is available from any page on the dashboard.
Type your message (you can attach files via the paper clip icon) and press enter (or click on the airplane icon) to send. You’ll be notified by email when replies are posted to your ticket.

If you don’t see the support icon it might be because you have AdBlock running. Enable “Don’t run on pages on this domain” to ensure you see it at all times in your MyKinsta dashboard.
