To open a new support ticket, just log in to your dashboard at https://my.kinsta.com and click the intercom icon in the lower right corner. This is available from any page on the dashboard.
Type your message (you can attach files via the paper clip icon) and press enter (or click on the airplane icon) to send. You’ll be notified by email when replies are posted to your ticket.
The support team’s average initial response time in Q3 2019 was 1 minute and 27 seconds!
If you don’t see the support icon it might be because you have AdBlock running. We’ve also observed that certain VPN services can interfere with the live chat feature. If you are experiencing issues with live chat, try enabling “Don’t run on pages on this domain” in your ad blocker or disabling your VPN.
