To open a new support ticket, just log in your dashboard at https://my.kinsta.com and click the question mark icon in the lower right corner.

Type your message (you can attach files via the paper clip icon) and click “Send”. You’ll be notified by email when replies are posted to your ticket.

If you don’t see the support icon it might be because you have AdBlock running. Enable “Don’t run on pages on this domain” to ensure you see it at all times in your My Kinsta dashboard.
