Here’s how you can use the site renaming tool to rename your Kinsta site.
In MyKinsta, navigate to Sites > [your-site] > Info, and click Rename Site in the “Basic Details” section of the dashboard.
You can also rename your site on your Sites list by clicking the dropdown toggle and selecting Rename Site.
Next, specify a new name for your site, and click Rename Site.
The name change takes place immediately, and you can see the new name for your WordPress site in the upper left corner of MyKinsta.
The new site name can also be seen in your “Sites” list.
The site renaming feature only affects the display name for your Kinsta site. It does not change your SSH/SFTP username, MySQL database credentials, your site’s public folder path, and other internal site references.
