We understand that a fixed plan may not always be the best fit, so we’re happy to offer custom plans.
To request a custom plan, open a new ticket with our Account Management team and let us know what you need. An Account Manager will create a custom hosting plan proposal for you to review. If everything in the proposal looks good to you, reply and confirm it with your Account Manager, and they’ll send you details on what to do next to get started with your new custom plan.
